  • 1 year hosting included
  • Monthly maintenance and support

3. Project Process

Initial Consultation

  • Free consultation via WhatsApp or email
  • Requirement gathering and project scope
  • Custom quote based on specifications
  • Timeline and milestone planning

Payment Structure

  • ₹100 refundable token to begin project discussion
  • 50% advance payment upon project confirmation
  • 50% final payment upon project completion
  • Token amount adjusted in final payment

Development Timeline

  • Portfolio websites: 5-7 business days
  • E-commerce sites: 10-14 business days
  • Booking systems: 14-21 business days
  • Custom projects: As per agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Content Provision: Provide all necessary content, images, and materials
  • Timely Feedback: Respond to queries and provide feedback within 48 hours
  • Domain & Hosting: Assist with domain registration if required
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all provided content is legal and owned
  • Payment Terms: Make payments as per agreed schedule

5. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

  • Full ownership of website upon final payment
  • Source code and design files provided
  • Rights to modify and update content

OnWebPage Rights

  • Right to showcase work in portfolio
  • Use of project as case study
  • Retention of development methodologies

6. Revisions and Changes

Included Revisions

  • Up to 3 design revisions during development
  • Minor content updates during development
  • Bug fixes and technical issues

Additional Changes

  • Major scope changes subject to additional charges
  • Post-launch modifications as per hourly rates
  • Timeline extensions for significant changes

7. Support and Maintenance

Included Support (First Year)

  • Technical support via WhatsApp and email
  • Minor content updates (up to 2 hours/month)
  • Security updates and patches
  • Server monitoring and uptime management

Extended Support

  • Annual maintenance packages available
  • Priority support options
  • Feature additions and enhancements

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Data Loss: Regular backups provided, but clients responsible for their own data security
  • Third-party Services: Not liable for issues with external services or plugins
  • Business Impact: Not responsible for lost revenue or business opportunities

9. Termination

Project Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 48 hours notice
  • Completed work up to termination point will be delivered
  • Payments made are non-refundable for completed work
  • Source files released upon full payment settlement

Service Suspension

  • Non-payment may result in service suspension
  • Violation of terms may lead to account termination
  • 30-day notice provided before permanent deletion

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve through direct discussion
  • Mediation: Third-party mediation if direct resolution fails
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes subject to Indian law and local jurisdiction
  • Limitation Period: Claims must be made within 6 months of project completion

11. Force Majeure

OnWebPage shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters and acts of God
  • Government actions and regulatory changes
  • Internet outages and technical infrastructure failures
  • Public health emergencies

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

  • Email notifications to active clients
  • Website announcements
  • WhatsApp notifications for ongoing projects

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
